Luminous Viet Hotel Hanoi, Hanoi

I had a great stay at this hotel! The street side balcony was a lovely touch to experience the bustling city surroundings. The room was smaller than some but still good, especially considering the fantastic location. Make sure to book the largest room if you're a couple with luggage.

The hotel offers cool and uniquely decorated rooms, but they are smaller than expected and the mattresses are overly firm. Despite the room size, it provides comfort with good hot showers, WiFi, and a safe. The service is very helpful and accommodating, particularly the female receptionist during the day. The location is quite favorable, though noise from the nearby beer street can be a minor drawback. Dining options vary from very good to rather sober. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory but not exceptional.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was superb, right in the bustling old quarter of Hanoi, making it convenient to explore the city. The room I initially booked turned out to be cramped with a small 'double' bed, but the modern amenities and good air conditioning made up for it. The service was a mixed bag but mostly friendly and helpful. The dining options were above average, although I wished for more variety. The hotel facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a small fridge, and a safe, though they felt a bit cramped. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Ms. Ly and Mr Tom who made sure everything was organized for my tours and transportation. The location was superb, close to major tourist attractions, the best food tour agency, and amazing local food spots. The dining experience was top-notch with fresh offerings and a great selection, though I felt the seating was limited at times. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of experiences. The rooms provided all the essentials like a bed, shower, and air conditioning, but unfortunately, I encountered red ants which caused a skin infection. The size of the bed was a bit narrow, and there was mold around the A/C. The service was friendly and helpful overall, with some standout staff members like Rosie and Ly, but the housekeeping team could use some additional training. The location was excellent, especially for exploring the busy area and being close to tourist attractions and great food places. The dining options were varied and tasty, offering both Vietnamese and Western dishes. The facilities, however, left something to be desired, especially with the presence of red ants in the room.
